“I originally started working with WMSR Ltd after being made redundant. I was initially worried about the change as I had only worked in the hospitality industry for the previous 6 years. I was helped greatly at the start by receiving ongoing product training and coaching which went a long way to remove my initial worries.
If I had any further queries or problems the Management where very approachable and tried to help in any way possible whether it was a business or personal problem.
The marketing campaigns had targets which needed to be met and if we required any assistance in reaching these we would’ve been monitored or coached in a positive manner to help us reach our goals. It is rewarding to know that I am achieving targets whilst at the same time providing customers with fantastic deals.”

    I worked with WMSR for 2 years and did very well but, I left as I thought the grass was greener elsewhere. After 3 years going from sales job to sales job with nothing living up to what WMSR offered me, I approached WMSR to get back involved with them and I haven’t looked back since. The professionalism, earning potential, opportunity to progress and product training you receive is simply at a level you will not find anywhere else.

I joined to make some money over the summer break from my degree course and I made a lot more money than I expected, but the best bit was the knowledge and experience I gained. I made some great new friends and really enjoyed coming in every day. When I finish my degree I hope to rejoin and take advantage of the great career prospects available
